Andy's review on social media
Nowadays, there is this new phenomenon-"social media" that affects our daily life in this new era. As for myself, I think Facebook and Blogger do affect me alot. For instance, I use Facebook to create a small closed group for group assignments, group discussions and sometimes, I even use the private messaging system to others. These features really aid me in my studies. Another example is Blogger and I always blogging to document my work and even share my learnings to others as well. This enable me to create the portfolios or even resume of myself. This is very useful for my future so that I can get hired easily by some famous companies. However, social media has some weak points. Firstly, it requires the internet connection to in very good condition. Let's say if the internet server is down, you may get yourself frustrated over about it.Another problem is that you must be very eligible in the computer knowledge. As we know, we need to keep ourself updated so that we are awared on the common recent matters.

Andy~I am agree your point.Nowadays,social media is make our students life much more easy and convenient.We can learn with each other via blogger.We also can print screen the process step by step that we did some design project on any design software to share with other.Social media also got a lot disadvantages.Student more depend on internet,it will decrease their thinking ability.Example:Student like to copy information from google or other website and paste it on their homework.This problem will make their lazy to think. If the internet server is down or cannot connect to internet,they will feel very trouble.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you too.Social media brings too many benefits for me.Because of this i meet many friends from around the world and share our same interest.It makes easy for us just by a few click and typing and chat with them even they are from other country.Thanks to English which is international language to communicate,it makes us easy to understand if you learn English but somehow there is also website that translate foreign language to language that you know (google chrome also can translate instantly)
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with Andy thoughts which stated that social media have some weak points. According to nowadays user, most of them lack of patient to wait for the page to load if the page takes up too long duration to load. This bring a lot of negative effect which is the peoples are now over rely on media more than work on their own.
